Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
